BLAST:  September 26 – October 1, 2016

Join our 6-day exercise BLAST to jump start your fall training. A variety of half-hour classes including strength, TRX, cardio and more! It’s a fun way to shape up and get out of “vacation mode” and ready for fall.

  • Classes are M, W, F at 6:30am and T, Th at 5:30pm, Sat. at 9am.
  • Cost: $35.00 for the week.

 

A great idea – 1 week long, only 30 minutes – it’s ALOT of “bang for your buck.”

I like the variety of classes and it’s been a great start to get me back into exercising. I thoroughly enjoyed this!

I liked the alternating morning and evening sessions, the length of classes and the diversity of classes. It was perfect! My stamina is better in just a week – let’s do this more often!

I was stronger by the end of the week and felt so much better! I loved the mix of classes. Next time I’m bringing a friend. Thank you!
